SERVICE OVERVIEW

Fuel Injection Service Explained

Every car engine has a fuel system that is comprised of a fuel filter, a pump, and injectors. During a fuel injection service, we will typically inspect all connections, the fuel and vacuum lines, the fuel rail, and the pressure regulator. We will then clean the fuel injectors and throttle body air intake. Afterward, we will pressure test the fuel pump and system and then de-carbonize other parts of the system like the exhaust valves. When all is said and done, we will run exhaust emissions test to make sure the system is working properly again.

Why You Need It

As you drive your car, environmental wear and tear like dirt, carbon, and varnish can build up in your fuel system. This can damage part or all of your system, which can then lead to possible damage to other parts of your engine.

The Benefits Go Beyond Your Car

Getting your fuel injection system serviced helps more than just your car. While it does help cut back on gas usage and extend the life of your vehicle, it can also prevent your warranty from being voided. Fuel injection service can save you money in the long run, reduce the number of breakdowns your car experiences, and increase the safety of your vehicle for you and others on the road.

Perhaps one of the best, most welcomed benefits is that it is helpful to the environment by reducing or eliminating air pollution.

Our professionals know how to handle a wide range of car services. Whether you drive a passenger car or medium sized truck or SUV, our mechanics strive to ensure that your vehicle will be performing at its best.
